Returns, Refund and Exchanges Policy

 

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges are costly and  IRYNE endeavours to maintain a positive customer experience at all touchpoints. 

 

IRYNE relies on like-minded merchants and brands owners and a an eagle-eyed quality team to uphold and maintain good customer service.  IRYNE’s guiding principle is to minimise potential returns by providing detailed and accurate information about the product.

Nonetheless, there will be errors, damages and exceptions to the rule.

1. Our returns policy addresses that by allowing customers to write in to info@iryne.app with image proof of damaged, defective or wrongly shipped products. Our customer Care Team will ascertain the issue and rectify it accordingly.


2. Return policy period: 14 days on damaged, defective or wrongly shipped products, from the day the carrier confirms the order is delivered.

3. Returns address will be provided at point of confirmation

4. Unnecessary returns are costly and bad for the environment, therefore other than damaged, defective or wrongly shipped items, other returns will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

5. For wrongly shipped items, we accept them in conditions that are opened, and used, like new.  We are unable to accept items that show signs of obvious use.

6. IRYNE reserves the rights to amend the Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy.
