When it comes to wellness, whether overall health, fitness goals or diets, it’s hard to keep up with them while living in a fast-paced city. In a concrete jungle, long hikes in nature are difficult to do, work to keep up with the high cost of living makes working out fall down the priorities list and eating healthy can be SO expensive.


But we’re not just here to tell you that it’s hard to keep track of your wellness, we’re here with some tips to help you stay on track. Cause every little bit counts!


1. Throw in a walking session during your daily commute

Walk three bus stops or take a bus for three stops? Choose walking those three stops! With each step you take, you are one step closer to your fitness goals. On top of that, walking in the morning will keep you energised for the next eight hours of work!


2. Track your water intake each day

Sounds tedious, we know. But tracking the amount of water you’re taking in each day actually help with your health! Drinking water helps protect your organs & tissues, carries nutrients and oxygen to cells, lubricates joints and lessens burden the on kidneys and liver by flushing out waste products. If you’re drinking sufficient water every day, your body will be able to maintain its condition and not let it deteriorate.


3. Prep your lunch for the week

We know that meal prepping sounds tough, but we have a tip that can make it slightly easier. Try prepping five portions of lunch, one for each day, on the weekends and store them in the freezer. Now, all you have to do is simply defrost it the night before, bring it to the office and heat it up. Healthy yet inexpensive meals, CHECK!
