What is your return policy?

We will accept returns on wrongly shipped, damaged or defective products within 14 days of receipt for a refund in the original form of payment.


For items that are damaged or defective: 

They must be in original packaging and unused for the return to be processed.


For items that are wrongly shipped:

They must be in original packaging and unused, and not damaged for the return to be processed.


Our products are often custom made by independent designers from around the world. We will do our best to work with you should there be a problem, although some items are not eligible for return. These exclusions are detailed out on individual product pages.

To start the process of your return, or if your item arrives damaged, please email within 14 days of receiving your order and further instructions will be provided. Returns after 14 days will not be accepted.

Refunds are issued once the product is received and will be made in the original form of payment. Credit card refunds may take up to 14 days to process.

Customer service hours are Monday - Friday 9am – 6pm HKT. Please allow us up to 24 hours for us to respond.

Can I exchange an item I ordered?
We work with independent designers, merchants and makers from around the world, so we aren't currently able to process exchanges.
